bb: What kind of name/handle do you prefer? (I’d default to “@belle.diore.”)
@b.d: Yes, I prefer the name belle.diore; many people also know me by the name “Kibbi Pixel,” the name that started my journey. I just felt I needed something new and something that would make me stand out in the crowd.
bb: Where are you from? And, if you’d care to answer, how old are you?
@b.d: I’m from Belgium, I love to pin down my small country on the map with what I do! I’m a 256- year-old witch. 🔥
bb: What kind of content/art do you like to make? What’s your favorite?
@b.d: I like to design and make illustration on my laptop. I mostly keep mezelf busy with schoolwork. My content is mainly fashion but I want to add it up to another level. I’m a certified MUA and I’m still trying to figure out how I will blend my content together.
bb: Finish this sentence: if I weren’t a model I would be a ______.
@b.d: Mortician!
bb: What do you think/what got you into alt modeling?
@b.d: This was actually a dream of mine when I was around 14. I loved the models and actresses in the magazines and wished to be a part of that world. But when I grew older I saw the ugly and predatory side of the world. Instagram made it so much easier to express and open up. My journey evolved from a small account to big. Also I don’t see mezelf as someone who influences. I love to share what I make. I’d always loved to shoot and photography was also a study that I followed in my student years. It’s all the small things that led me to where I am now.
bb: What’s the last song you listened to?
@b.d: Ava Max – Salt ❤
bb: You seem to be no stranger to ink. Do you currently have a favorite tattoo?
@b.d: My favorite tattoo is all of them! I started with my first “deer” tattoo after a humiliating breakup; it stands for good luck. And from there on I started to get more inked and loved my body and mezelf more. I survived an eating disorder and the tattoos I have remind me that my body is a part of me. It’s not loved by everyone but what’s most important is yourself. So all the ink that I have, is all loved equally.
bb: Do you have a favorite hobby or pastime?
@b.d: My hobby is doing shoots and working together with collaborating brands. Just because I love to create and show what I make.
bb: What’s the scariest thing you can think of?
@b.d: Extreme, big spiders — like oversized; I’m scared to death of spiders. The normal house spiders can give me the chills but even seeing pictures of Australian spiders makes me crawl. I can’t explain why but those spiders aren’t from this planet… I’m 100% sure—spiders are alien creations.
bb: Favorite dinosaur. Pick only one.
@b.d: Parasaurolophus!!! I love the snout. I want to adopt one and pet it like one of my cats, it’s just so cute! And it wouldn’t eat me — important fact!
bb: Do you have a favorite flower? (note: judging by the photos, duh.)
@b.d: My favorite flowers are white roses. 😊 😊 😊
bb: How would your best friend describe you to someone you’ve never met?
@b.d: I think they would say that I’m super fun to be around because of my energy and savageness. But get to know me first ’cause I don’t (open) up that easily.
bb: What’s an ideal dinner for you?
@b.b: Breakfast!! All day and night! But more specifically — I like the full Irish breakfast. That over anything! And maybe Burger King as second. KFC third. I have no self control — Oops.
bb: You’re in serious trouble and can summon only two fictional characters to save you. Who and why?
@b.d: The musician of The Witcher, ’cause I want background music and kinda know how bad the trouble is. And Gandalf, blast the problems away with his magic and then we fly away on a griffin! Thank you for the interview, I really liked it.
